PRODUCT HISTORY
Initially incorporated in 1988, Prompt>, Incorporated began as a human resources assistance company which has since created two intuitive products that enable the use of cost-effective and efficient technology-based solutions for Human Resource and Compensation professionals.
The first product, PromptPayPlanner, was envisioned in the mid 1990s at a Fortune 100 property and casualty insurance firm, where departmental and human resources managers sharing spreadsheets across the organization recognized that they were behind the technology curve in terms of costs and efficiencies. In 2002, with the adoption of cost-effective and reliable enterprise-wide SQL Server and Oracle database access, PromptPayPlanner was redesigned on a foundation of proprietary database encryption. In 2006, a complete rewrite delivered the most comprehensive, real-time, user-friendly interactive data entry grid-based compensation salary planning software system of it's kind. Version 6, completed in 2008, provided point-and-click selection and management processes, secure email notifications and optimized scalability for global organizations of any size. Now shipping, Version 8 supports Windows 7, Adobe Protected Mode, and leverages wire speed technologies for the fastest performance in the marketplace.
Our second product, AnalyzeThisSurvey, was envisioned in 2010 at the request of an existing client to organize their many surveys and complex analytical requirements at an affordable price. We are pleased to report that AnalyzeThisSurvey will undergo it's third round of enhancements this May. One component of the new enhanced version is a feature that will automatically update salary ranges exported into PromptPayPlanner, creating an easy-to-use suite of compensation tools.
